David Welch | Director

I serve as Director of Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales for the Lux Group, an elite division of Keller Williams. For over a decade, I’ve delivered impactful solutions for clients by understanding their real estate goals and developing a solution tailored specifically to their needs. I began my career with Marcus & Millichap, where I was promoted to Senior Associate then transferred to Keller Williams Commercial in 2008. The Lux Group is comprised of a team of seasoned financial analysts, business development associates, and marketing experts who dedicate themselves from listing to close. The Lux Group has closed over five billion dollars in sales with an all-encompassing approach that creates and preserves long-term wealth for their clients.

David James Berg, III | Director

As president of The Lux Group, Inc., David “DJ” Berg brings a wealth of experience to the team. After investing in both residential and commercial real estate in several states, DJ began his own real estate company which was later sold to Coldwell Banker Orange County. Success in management at Coldwell Banker led him to make the transition to Prudential CA Reality Cosner Group, where he grew the branch to the thirteenth largest Prudential Brokerage in North America.

In 2008, DJ began working for Keller Williams, where his innovative strategies and motivational skills led the Pasadena brokerage to numerous successes. DJ turned the Keller Williams Pasadena brokerage into the number one branch in the region for four consecutive years. Under DJ’s leadership, the brokerage also became one of the top ten branches in California, and ranked within the top ten percent of performing branches across the country.

DJ became owner and operating principle of Keller Williams Palos Verdes in 2011, and owns and launched Keller Williams Huntington Beach in 2013. In 2016, DJ became the operating principal of Keller Williams Hollywood Hills, the #1 volume producing office on the Sunset Strip. When he isn’t leading teams to tremendous success, he spends time creating extraordinary memories with his son, David James Berg IV.

Joe Liebke| Director

Mr. Joe Liebke is a Los Angeles native and seasoned executive with outstanding business development, negotiation, and leadership skills- complemented by a top tier business school MBA. Mr. Liebke always performs at the highest level of business production and sales volume – a top 1% producer. He has over 20 years of real estate experience and is a DRE registered California Real Estate Broker. As a Real Estate and Mortgage Broker/Banker he and his team funded over $2 billion in real state transactions over a 5 year period, making him the top producer and leader of the number one team at a national bank. He is an avid passionate entrepreneur and has built and sold several successful ventures.

Mr. Liebke is currently the CEO and Broker for The Lux Group, Inc. a premier full service real estate firm and an active member Broker REALTOR of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, The California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Liebke is also the Founder and Executive Director of Hollywood House, a philanthropic organization benefitting Habitat For Humanity.
